[email protected]By creating an account, starting a checkout, buying credits, or using Comics Maker, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that happens under your account.
You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, project content, and publishing decisions you make with Comics Maker. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.
You keep responsibility for prompts, uploaded references, project files, captions, and other content you provide. Only upload or use material you have the right to use, and do not upload private, sensitive, or third-party material unless you have permission and a lawful basis to do so.
Generated drafts can be used as part of your creative workflow, but you should review them before publishing. You are responsible for checking rights, factual claims, likeness concerns, and brand requirements.
Free and paid plans may include usage limits, credits, or feature limits. Paid subscription plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until canceled. Plan details shown before checkout and in Stripe Checkout control the active price, billing interval, currency, taxes, applicable fees, and payment method terms. One-time credit packs are not subscriptions.
You can manage eligible Stripe subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation through the billing portal in your dashboard. Canceling or turning off renewal stops future subscription charges. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless a refund, reversal, account restriction, or policy requirement applies.
Subscription fees and credit purchases are generally non-refundable after digital access or credits are made available. We may review refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, undelivered paid access, unauthorized charges, special reviewed cases, or rights required by law. Failed AI generation jobs refund the credits consumed by that job automatically when the failure is recorded by the system.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including models, credit costs, features, or abuse controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, payment failures, security risks, legal requirements, or activity that harms the service or other users.
Comics Maker is provided as a creative tool and may produce imperfect, unexpected, or unavailable results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and Comics Maker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
